国际评审认证联合会（International Evaluation and Accreditation Union，简称IEAU、IUEA），是在联合国教科文组织（United Nations Educational，Scientific and Cultural Organization，总部设在法国巴黎）和美国教育部（US Department of Education，华盛顿）、美国商务部（U.S. Department of Commerce，华盛顿）倡议下，由多家国际著名组织联合推动成立的国际联合机构。总部设在美国的德拉瓦州。国际评审认证联合会的运作，以国际通用法律与美国法律为准则。
